You can pledge today to be an Owner Member who, in the true sense a collaborative Wisconsin Cooperative, will both own and manage this farm for the next 10 decades.

For the rest of this century, from 2025 to 2125, we will see you, your kids and your grandkids driving by and turning in to enjoy the flowers and God's abundance at a truly unique family farm.

As of this week, October 12. 2025, 360 individuals and families have pledged to become Owner Members of The Bloomin' Farm  Cooperative.

Here is how it will work! 

​

When the number of pledges goes from 360 pledges to 1,000 pledges, a steering committee will be activated.

​

The current candidate to be the leader of that committee has been identified and discussions are underway regarding the leadership necessary. She is a very bright young lady and is currently a cooperate sustainability officer at another great Wisconsin cooperative.

 

The goal of the steering committee will be twofold:

   1.   Validate the profitable business plan to ensure we continue development and management of the farm.

   2.   To move the number of Owner Member pledges from 1,000 to the ultimate goal of 4,000 Owner Members.

         Reaching the goal of 4,000 pledge Owner Members triggers a buyout of the current owner, Stan Hinkley.​

When the steering committee reaches its goal of 4,000 pledges, each Owner Member will have the opportunity to buy ONE and ONLY ONE $500 share and this share will be a "dividend producing share" with the dividend to be paid annually each year on September 21st.
